Our boxing classes utilize a progressive and technical type of boxing mitt work developed by adapting the Floyd Mayweather style of training. Classes includes boxing fundamentals, as well as defensive and counterpunching techniques. This fast-moving class will not only improve your boxing skills, balance, coordination and reflexes, but it is also an amazing workout. You will slip, roll and pull away from strikes, all while coming back with punching combinations of your own. It’s a non-stop boxing workout for everyone from beginners to champions, to those looking for a new and exciting way to exercise.
Classes begin with a warm up and a review of boxing techniques. Partner drills and pad work will help you refine punching technique, footwork and combinations while getting a great workout. Classes finish with circuit training.
This class is adaptable for all fitness levels. No prior experience or special training is needed and each person can adjust the exercises and intensity level to their personal goals. Perfect for anyone looking to improve their everyday fitness or add to their base for other sports and activities.
